Catalogues are viewable online at Easy Live Auction. Devon. Auctions have a preview from 10am on the Friday prior to the Saturday auctions. Doors open at 9am on the Friday and Saturday with the auctions commencing at 10am.

Printed catalogues are available on site, downloadable during the week prior, or viewable on line at Easy Live Auction.

We accept payment by bank transfer or all major debit and credit cards.

Free House Inspection and Consultation

We can meet with clients on site to discuss partial or full house clearances and more specific requirements such as reserves on special items. We can advise which contents should sell at auction and provide an estimated auction value of the contents. This service is free of charge and without obligation.

Bidder Information

Our bidder premium is 20% plus VAT

Bank transfers and most cards are accepted

You may leave bids if you are not able to stay for the auction. Alternatively, we can arrange telephone bidding, or you can bid live online at Easy Live Auction. We do not make a charge for a telephone bid

Collections are up to 7pm on the day of the auction, and continue the following week: Mon - Friday 10am to 4pm

Our cut-off for acceptance of goods is roughly two weeks before the auction date. We must know about any potential auction goods by then.
